Realmbreak

Terms, refunds and privacy

Last updated 27 September 2026. Realmbreak is an online card game played in the browser. These pages say what you agree to when you play, what happens when you buy coins, and what we do with your information.

Terms of Service

Who can play

Coins, packs and cards

Fair play

Don’t cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, attack the servers, or harass other players. If you find a bug that gives coins or cards, tell us instead of using it. We may remove items gained unfairly, and we may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or are used for fraud.

If the game closes

If we ever shut Realmbreak down, we will stop selling coins straight away and give at least 30 days’ notice in the game before it closes.

The fine print

Realmbreak is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and your account safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so in the game before it applies. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.

Buying coins and refunds

What we sell

Realmbreak sells bundles of coins, paid in US dollars. Coins are spent in the game’s Shop on packs and boxes of cards.

Coin bundles are listed in the game: press the + beside your coins.

Payments are made through Stripe, on Stripe’s own secure payment page. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers. Coins are added to your account as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds, and Stripe emails you a receipt. Every purchase is listed in the game under Settings → Purchase history.

Refunds

To ask for a refund, email us (see Contact) from your account’s email address with your username, the date and the amount, or the reference shown in your Purchase history. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank may take 5–10 days to show it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank; we can usually sort it out faster. If a payment is disputed, its coins are taken off the account while the dispute is open (never below zero), and they come back if the dispute is decided in our favour. We may pause buying on an account while a dispute is open.

Privacy policy

What we keep

What we use it for

To run your account and the game, keep it secure, process purchases, send the emails you need (sign-in codes, password resets, receipts), answer support requests, and stop fraud and cheating. There are no ads, no tracking or analytics cookies, and we don’t sell your information.

Who else handles it

Other players see your username, your online status if you are friends, and your rank on the leaderboard. We share information with others only when the law requires it or to prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and your game data, except purchase records, which we keep as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, by emailing us from your account’s email address. If we learn that someone under 13 has made an account, we will delete it.

Contact
